Traditional Stairs
Traditional style architecture and furniture was originally produced for European monarchs and the wealthy by designers and master craftsmen from the 17th to the 19th century. The traditional style often uses dark woods, elaborate carvings and extensive ornamentation. Because of the high level of detail in traditional architecture and staircase design, the overall look is busier in appearance than some other styles, but has remained a favorite throughout the years.
The use of contrast is often implemented in the traditional stair systems.
